International School of Beijing ("ISB") wants to make sure our school continues to be a safe, fair and honest place to work. Accordingly, ISB does not tolerate any misdeed, wrongful act or impropriety (including without limitation fraud, forgery, corruption, bribery, conflict of interest or any breach of law / policy) by employees, service providers or associates. To facilitate reporting with the assurance that reports made will be managed objectively, we have engaged Han Kun Law Offices (“Han Kun”) and Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Limited (“Deloitte China”) to provide independent Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels.
The Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels through their whistleblowing service, enable the reporting of possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct, in particular when the normal channels of communication (referred to in ISB policy documents) are ineffective or difficult. Employees of ISB, as well as external parties, such as suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders, may use the Hotline, Email and Online whistleblowing channels to report any concern regarding irregularities or questionable behavior of any employee, service provider or associate of ISB.
